Track Your Order

Enter your order number — from your confirmation email, formatted like AVS-000123 — and the email address you used at checkout. We'll show the current status and tracking link for physical shipments, and the delivery status of digital licenses.

What the statuses mean

• Processing — your order is verified and being prepared for fulfillment.
• Shipped — it's with the carrier; a tracking link is included.
• Delivered — the carrier reports delivery.
• Cancelled / Refunded — see our returns policy for details.

Other ways to check

• Email — order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails include your tracking link.
• Signed in? — your full order history and license records are under Account → Orders.
• Digital licenses — delivered to your checkout email after verification; the license itself is in your inbox and under Account → Licenses if you have an account.
• Problems? — contact us with your order number and we'll look it up.
