What is AVS Depot?
AVS Depot is the online store of Advanced Vision Software LLC — a US-based online technology retailer. We sell software licenses (antivirus, VPN, productivity, backup, creative and business titles) plus a growing range of computers, printing, networking, storage, power, GPS and smart-home hardware. What products do you sell?
Eight departments: security & software, computers & office, printing, networking, storage & memory, power, GPS & navigation, and smart home. Software ships as a sealed license key card or, where offered, a digital license by email. Browse the full catalog or the category menu.
Where do you ship?
Physical products currently ship within the United States. Digital licenses are delivered by email and are not restricted by a shipping address.

Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and check out — you can order as a guest or create an account to keep your order history, licenses and saved addresses in one place. Payment is taken securely through Stripe.
How can I check my order?
Three ways: the order confirmation email we send after purchase, the order tracking page (order number plus your checkout email), or — if you ordered while signed in — Account → Orders.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders that haven't been fulfilled or shipped can usually be cancelled and refunded. Digital licenses can't be cancelled once they've been delivered — most keys are sent within minutes of verification, so cancellation requests need to arrive fast.
Do I need an account to buy?
No — guest checkout works. An account just makes tracking, license storage and re-ordering easier.
Digital products
How are digital products delivered?
Products marked for email delivery are sent to your checkout email after our team verifies the order. The message contains your license key and links to the publisher's official download and instructions.
When will I receive my digital product?
Most digital licenses arrive within 5–10 minutes of payment during business hours. Some orders need manual verification before release, which can take a little longer — you'll hear from us if that's the case.
What if I don't receive the email?
Check spam and junk folders first — license emails occasionally land there. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number and we'll resend the delivery. Signed-in customers can also view licenses any time under Account → Licenses.
How does activation work?
The license key you receive activates the software on the publisher's own servers — download the official installer from the publisher's site, enter the key, done. AVS Depot sells and delivers the license; activation is performed by the software publisher. See our delivery & license guide for details.
Physical products & shipping
How are physical products shipped?
Physical items ship with a tracked carrier — USPS or a national carrier depending on the order. Standard US shipping is $9.99 flat, free on orders of $50 or more. Full details are on the shipping policy page.
Where can I find tracking information?
In the shipping confirmation email, on the tracking page, or under Account → Orders. Tracking is added the moment your package leaves.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Inspect the package on delivery and photograph any visible damage before opening. If something inside is damaged or incomplete, contact us right away with your order number and photos — we'll arrange a replacement or refund under the returns policy.
What if my package is lost or never arrives?
Contact us with your order and tracking number — we'll open a carrier inquiry and arrange a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the loss.
Returns & refunds
How do returns work?
Contact us before returning anything so we can authorize it and give you the return address. Physical items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery; sealed key cards must be unopened. Full details are on the returns page.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after we receive the return or approve the refund. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.
Are digital products refundable?
It depends on whether the license has been delivered and used — delivered keys are generally not returnable, but defective or incorrect keys are replaced or refunded. Full details: digital product returns.
What about manufacturer warranties?
Eligible products carry the manufacturer's own warranty — coverage varies by product and is claimed through the manufacturer. Our warranty page explains how it works.
Business customers & vendors
Can I buy for my business?
Yes — many of our software products include business-licensed editions. Browse the Business Software category or contact sales@avsdepot.com for quotes on larger orders.
