Our retail model
We purchase through distributors and suppliers and sell to US retail customers under standard retailer terms. Product data, pricing, availability and fulfillment are managed in our own catalog system — our platform supports per-variant pricing, cost/MSRP/MAP tracking, supplier SKUs, and multi-supplier sourcing per product.
Physical products ship tracked to the customer; software is delivered as sealed license key cards or by instant email delivery where available. We handle payment, customer service and returns directly.
