How you pay

AVS Depot processes payments through Stripe — a PCI-compliant payment provider used by millions of online stores. At checkout you can pay with major credit and debit cards, plus the other payment methods Stripe supports for your device and browser (the available options appear automatically on the payment form).

How payment works at checkout

• You enter your details in Stripe's secure payment form — your card never touches our servers.
• Your card is charged when you complete checkout.
• A confirmation email goes to your checkout address as soon as the order is placed.
• Orders that fail verification checks may be held or cancelled — any charge is released or refunded automatically.

Security

Your card details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe on their infrastructure. AVS Depot never sees, transmits or stores full card numbers — that responsibility sits with a PCI Level 1 payment processor, which is where it belongs.

Charges and refunds

• Your card is charged at checkout — the amount you see is the amount you pay.
• Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days — see Returns & refunds.
• Cancelled orders are released or refunded automatically through Stripe.

If your payment is declined

Check that your card number, expiry, CVC and billing address are entered exactly as they appear on your statement. If the card keeps declining, try a different card or contact your card issuer — the most common cause is an issuer fraud flag on a new merchant.
